Data protection declaration

Collection and processing of your data

The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003).

Contact with us

In principle, you can visit our website without providing any personal information. If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in the event of follow-up questions. If you communicate with us in more detail, the mails will be saved so that we can keep track of your concerns and questions. If we send you documents or emails, we record this in our system so that we can provide you with the best possible information and support. We absolutely do not share any data or information about you without your consent.

Web Analysis

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google LLC (“Google”), Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The data collected is also processed outside the EU. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are saved. If IP anonymization is activated via your browser, your IP address will be shortened beforehand by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. As a result, only a rough localization is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on the EU’s standard contractual clauses under the Privacy Shield Agreement. Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

Data processing takes place on the basis of the legal provisions of the Telecommunications Act (§ 96 Para. 3 TKG) and Art. 6 Para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised.
